Position Description

Who: You are the person who knows how to do things better. You have the skills to create processes and systems to improve quality, productivity and outcomes in our programs. You have a desire to use your knowledge and skills to help a local nonprofit meet their goals to better serve Idaho’s kids.

What: Industrial Engineer
• Ability to run time studies at a department level to measure productivity with the utilization of the new Client Data Base (BN)
• Ability to take time study data and establish new labor standards for functional work.

Why: With the new process and client data that we are getting from BN, we need to establish standards across all types of program groups. Production standards will allow us to allocate the correct amount of client focus in each area of a program.

Where: Programs Admin office. *Can work remotely when compiling data.

When: Monday - Friday, between 8am and 5pm, office hours. Schedule can be flexible based on volunteer availability.

How: In order to volunteer for the opportunity, you will need to:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Submit application and resume
- Submit to and pass a criminal background check
- Complete interview
- Comply with all Idaho Youth Ranch Volunteer Policies and Procedures
