Position Description
Who You Are: Are you ready to dive into the exciting world of fundraising? We’re on the hunt for a spirited volunteer to join our team! You’ll help us rock our events by handling everything from logistics to donor management. Connect with potential event prospects, assist with donations, and ensure our donors feel the love! What You Will Do:
- Support Fundraising Efforts: Contribute to a variety of fundraising activities that drive our mission forward.
- Event Logistics Coordinator: Help plan and execute events, ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish.
- Donation Management: Assist with the collection and recording of donations, including non-cash contributions, and maintain accurate records in our event and donor management databases.
- Engage with Prospects: Connect with potential event partners and sponsors to expand our network and enhance our fundraising efforts.
- Donor Stewardship: Play a key role in nurturing relationships with event donors, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated.

When:
• Weekly (Monday – Friday between 8am and 5pm)
• 2-4 hour shifts
• 1-5x a week (depending on schedule)
How: In order to volunteer for this opportunity, you will need to:
Self-Starter: Ability to work independently with little or no supervision.Communication & Organization: Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.Detail-Oriented Multitasker: Must be detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.Tech Savvy: Proficient in computer usage with a working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
